By accessing or using the Megabites Fitness app ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. Account Registration

• You may be required to register an account using Google or Apple authentication.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Use of the App

• The App is for your personal, non-commercial use only.
• You agree not to misuse the App, including but not limited to interfering with its operation, attempting unauthorized access, or using it for unlawful purposes.
• You agree not to upload or transmit any harmful, offensive, or infringing content.

5. Health Disclaimer

The App provides fitness and wellness tracking tools for informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult your physician before starting any fitness program. Use the App at your own risk.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content, features, and functionality in the App are owned by Megabites Fitness or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our prior written consent.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users or us.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Megabites Fitness and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Megabites Fitness and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email and in-app notices before they take effect. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
