When you sign up using Google or Apple authentication, we collect your email address to create and manage your account.

2.2 Health and Fitness Data

With your explicit permission, we integrate with HealthKit (iOS) or Google Fit (Android) to import your step counts. You may also manually enter additional wellness data, including:

• Calories consumed
• Height
• Weight

3. How We Use Your Information

• Authentication & Personalization: Use your email to authenticate you and personalize your experience.
• Communications: Send important updates, security alerts, and (if you opt in) marketing communications. You may unsubscribe at any time.
